Please have your financing in place before your arrival.
The following payment methods are accepted:

Personal/Company check with a BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE from your bank with the date on the letter being the date of the sale. This lets us know the appropriate funds are available in your bank account. If you do not have this letter, you will not be able to register to bid unless another form of payment is provided. Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)- A 2.4% convenience fee will be applied to all credit & debit cards transactions. *If you are paying by card, please make sure your daily limit will not interfere with paying your total purchase amount at checkout. This will help to avoid long waits at checkout.
** A $20 administrative fee will be applied to each vehicle purchased. **
Vehicles will NOT leave the auction premises until PAID IN FULL IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SALE: NO EXCEPTIONS.

MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS ONLY: EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 23, 2023- A $50.00 FLOOR FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL FLOORED VEHICLES.
Early Arrival
Our gate opens at 7:00 a.m. on Auction days. We encourage our buyers to arrive early to inspect inventory, as all sales are "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. No warranties or representations, express or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You may also come and inspect vehicles Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. The majority of inventory will be on-site by noon on Friday before the sale.
You are responsible for all inspections of any vehicle or item you bid on.
Early arrival the day of the sale also ensures you have time to register and receive your bidder number before the auction begins.
Auctions start at 10:00 a.m. every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.

Registration

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license or photo ID.
You must register at the front office to receive a bid card which will have your bidder number on it.
Registration begins at 8 AM on sale days.
A registration deposit of $300.00 (USD) will be required at the time of registration. If you place the winning bid, the $300.00 registration deposit will be applied to the total amount due. If you do not place the winning bid, return to the office and your $300.00 registration deposit will be refunded to you.
Always secure your bid card on your person. If someone other than you places the winning bid on a vehicle (or vehicles) using your bidder number, you are still responsible for payment. Your name and info are connected to your bidder number.
If you use a credit/debit card for your registration deposit and do not place the winning bid, your $300 deposit will be returned to your card within 3-5 business days.
A 2.4% convenience fee will be applied to all credit & debit cards transactions.
ONLNE BIDDERS- Please call our office to place your $300 registration deposit. WE CANNOT PULL YOUR DEPOSIT FROM THE CARD YOU USED FROM HI-BID.

If you place the winning bid, the $300 registration deposit will be applied towards the total amount due. If you do not place the winning bid, the $300 registration deposit will be returned to your card within 3-5 business days after the auction. **IF YOU PLACE THE WINNING BID AND OUR OFFICE CAN NOT REACH YOU FOR PAYMENT BY 4 PM CST, YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT DUE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID.
**AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 3% OF THE GRAND TOTAL (INCLUDING BUYER'S PREMIUM AND ADMIN FEE) WILL BE ADDED TO ONLINE BUYERS' TOTAL PRICE FOR ONLINE SERVICES.**
Buyer's Premium (Buyer's Fee)
All buyers will be charged a Buyer's Premium. This fee will be added to your total cost. Please follow the chart below.

Drive Out Tags (Temporary Tags)
When you place a winning bid on the day of a sale, you will either need to have a removal plan (such as hauling or towing your vehicle) or purchase a drive out tag. Drive out tags are good for 60 days and will be available at the time of purchase in our office for $16.00 + tax.
Titles
Titles will not be available on auction day. The office will call you when the title is available for pick up.
If you will not be available to pick up your title in person, you will be charged $20.00 + tax for your title to be sent to you via FedEx.
**If you choose to have your title shipped to you, 143 Interstate Auctions LLC will not be held responsible for any shipping issues. If any title is lost or damaged, it will be your responsibility to pay for a duplicate title and any additional shipping charges.**
